I’m looking for a part time Administrative Assistant who can take on various support work.

The position will entail such activities as:

Learning, managing and updating Flow Chart and Org Chart software
Maintaining and communicating with registration lists and various databases
Managing a blog and newsletter flow
Managing email campaigns and product promotions
Uploading, downloading and potentially editing various media files – including audio and video
Handling the logistics and outreach for team and group coaching programs
Managing social media pages
Managing various platform and CRM dashboards, like WordPress, 1Shoppingcart, Buffer, Wishlist
Basic admin work, including running errands, answering messages, filing
Communicating with clients, colleagues and vendors both on the phone and via email
Occasional local travel: coming with me onsite to visit clients, supporting seminars, etc.

Flexible hours, friendly environment, telecommuting is available and you can support work that has a positive impact on the lives of others. You can also learn about the seminar and coaching industries from the inside. While telecommuting is available, I would need you to be available in person at least twice per week – whether coming to my home office in midtown east or coming with me on site to visit clients.

We teach excellence to others, so needless to say the standards are high here. You must be hard working, responsible, on time, reliable, and sound good on the phone. Familiarity with how to manage various media files and spread sheets is preferred. Working knowledge of WordPress and being Mac proficient are preferred. Being someone who is easy to deal with, listens well, takes instruction and isn’t a chronic interrupter are important qualities also.

The position starts at $17 an hour. Weekly hours will vary anywhere from 8 – 12 hours per week to start with upside growth potential.
